I want to take the time to say a HUGE thank you to Kaitlyn the manager and her staff. I came in to inflate balloons for my kiddos bday and everything went wrong (not because of the staff just my bad luck) including finding a puncture hole in the most important balloon. She was so amazing and helped me out and saved the special occasion. Thank you for being so patient and kind with me. Thank you to all the staff that were there and helped me out.

Although the selection is ‘okay’, it’s also not great in comparison to other locations. However, it’s the lack of service that is jarring. The first visit had me waiting for a cashier for at least 15 minutes.. no employees to be found anywhere. Then a cold greeting and no apology for the wait. The second visit was met with a cashier that waved me over, no greeting other than a dirty look which made me uncomfortable. I’m sorry that I am being nice to you? Nothing said until the transaction was over, and my items in a pile pushed in my direction with a sharp comment, ‘you don’t need a bag right?!’ I won’t be returning, and rather than copy/paste replies to reviews, corporate needs to take a good long look at management and staff here. Weak leadership makes for unsatisfied employees. Lead by example. Employees should be grateful to have a job in this economic climate. If you’re miserable, leave. Grin and bear it, being in retail means being personable, it’s called customer service for a reason. I spent many years in retail and if you’re having a bad time or hating the job, you never project that onto customers. Those customers are why you have a job at all. Train these people please.

Usually my go-to spot but recently unhappy with either the lack of inventory control or staff who don't care to actually find something. Online stated 9 in stock. Nothing on shelves. 1st staff member said they didn't have it bc it's not on the shelf. 2nd staff member said it's in the shipment in the back. Asked to wait. After time, the 1st staff member tells me the 2nd worker cannot find it. When I question how 9 are not in stock, she told me people steal. 3rd staff member looked behind cash desk and found nothing. Also, costumes are final sale ? A tad ridiculous regarding sizing.

Has a horrible experience this past weekend. When I called the store to have the situation rectified, the associate was very rude, and offered no solutions. Extremely disappointed. Spent money on product I never got, so we didn’t have them for the event, and I’m out money because the associate wouldn’t refund me or give me any alternative.

Would have given 2-stars for the weak service from the first employee but the second was more than decent. I was searching for a specific party theme items. The line cash register line up was about 6 deep with 2 on cash, not bad. Found an employee on the floor standing in an aisle she seemed to be a supervisor since the others where hustling around doing work. She seemed very annoyed with me asking of if they had the theme I was looking for saying it's out of season and nothing was left. She lead me to a random corner and stormed off. However bumped into another supervisor type, asked the same question and received a totally different response. He very enthusiastically lead me to a section set up with the specific theme. By the time I got what I needed the line up was about 15 deep with still only two on cash. By the time it got to 5 in line then they added other registers. So annoying.
